Frequently Asked Questions

Use the provided door code, followed by the check mark, to access the property beginning at 4:00 PM CST on the day of arrival.


Check-out is by 10AM CST.  Please remove trash and start the dishwasher.

Living room and each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV. 


YoutTubeTV is available for live TV.


Pool operation is controlled remotely.  


Heat can be added for a daily fee.  All parts of the pool are heated to the same temperature.


The pool is professionally cleaned every Friday.  The tech typically arrives between 11AM and 1PM.


Landscapers come weekly to clean leaves and debris and blow off patios and turf - typical service day is Wednesday.



A starter supply of kitchen and bath essentials is provided.


House is equipped with Keurig Duo for both K-cups and brewed coffee which uses a basket style filter.


All standard bath towels and bed linens included as well as eight pool towels.


Trash is collected on Monday and Thursday mornings.  Please take the cans to the curb.
